The speaking request form on the Booking page and any direct communications you send to us do not create a contract or obligation to speak at your event. All engagements are confirmed only in writing once specific terms, dates, and logistics have been mutually agreed. We reserve the right to decline any invitation for any reason.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photographs, video, audio, logos, page design, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is owned by Julian Dismute Ministries or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with prior written consent, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Site.
You may view, download, and print individual pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial use, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.
4. Third-Party Links and Content
